Pogba Completes 18-Month Doping Suspension

Paul Pogba’s 18-month doping suspension has concluded, making him eligible to return to professional football as of March 11, 2025
During his suspension, Pogba maintained his fitness by training regularly in Miami.
Several clubs across different leagues have been linked with Pogba:
United States: (MLS) Inter Miami, co-owned by David Beckham, has emerged as a potential destination. Joining Inter Miami could see Pogba playing alongside stars like Lionel Messi, Luis Suárez, and Jordi Alba.
Saudi Arabia: The Saudi Pro League continues its pursuit of high-profile players, with Pogba being a prime target. The league’s financial incentives and the presence of compatriots such as N’Golo Kanté and Karim Benzema could influence his decision.
France: (Ligue 1) Olympique de Marseille has shown interest in Pogba. Manager Roberto De Zerbi has expressed openness to the idea, and Pogba reportedly dreams of playing for the club.
England: (Premier League) There have been discussions about a potential return to Manchester United. Former United striker Dwight Yorke believes Pogba could bolster the current squad, stating he is “better than anything else they’ve got.” However, transfer expert Fabrizio Romano indicates that, as of now, there is nothing concrete regarding Pogba’s return to Manchester United.
