SpacecubeAfrica launches Property Pre-Purchase Inspection to prevent building scams and accidents

Spacecube Construction Limited, publisher of the popular Snag Inspector social media page, launches a pre-purchase inspection solution for the Nigerian public.
In furtherance of its over a decade-long commitment to building quality and public safety, Spacecube has been innovating targeted solutions, such as education content on social media, via its Snag Inspector imprint.
Over a year ago, the firm started educating the general public on social media via Snag Inspector having observed various issues of negligence and malpractice in the real estate industry, such as land scams and building collapses.
In furtherance of this mission, it decided to set up teams across the six geopolitical zones of Nigeria to help the Nigerian public carry out detailed inspections of houses before purchase.
Before now, the team has helped interested buyers avoid buying risky assets after discovering imperfect titles, inferior building materials or improper building methods. These have saved the buyers of well over15 Billion naira in losses.
According to Bridget Dawah, the Relationship Manager of the company- “Aside from being the turnkey-construction company that handles all aspects of construction from due diligence to design till post-construction management with a verifiable track record, we are committed to assisting government agencies and building occupants across Nigeria by training more people on how to avoid physical and financial dangers, therefore, Nigerians should watch out for more educative content across social media”
