Abigi Kingdom Honours Community Role Models

The Ojotumoro of Abigi, HRH Barrister Olusegun Ogunye, has bestowed prestigious chieftaincy titles on UK-based couple, Otunba Temitayo and Yeye Olabisi Onanuga, recognizing their outstanding contributions to community development.

The couple was conferred with the titles of Otunba Gbadero and Yeyeluwa of Abigi Kingdom, respectively.

The installation ceremony, held at the Ojotumoro’s Palace, was attended by prominent dignitaries, including the Orimolusi of Ijebu Igbo, HRH Oba Lawrence Jaiyeoba Adebajo.

Oba Ogunye praised the couple’s achievements, noting that they “merited the honours”.

The Onanugas expressed their gratitude, praying for the Ojotumoro’s long and peaceful reign and the prosperity of Abigi land.
