Africa Magic is set to debut a new family game show tagged, ‘Indomie Love Bowl’.
The continent’s leading providers of indigenous content revealed this at a media parley, where the organizers stated that the 13-episode show, which will debut on Sunday, October 22nd, 2023, will be hosted by role interpreter, Stephanie Coker; and a child actor, Darasimi Nadi.
The Executive Head of Content and West Africa Channels, MultiChoice West Africa, Busola Tejumola, described the new show as all-around entertainment aimed at generating excitement that centres around community, bonding, love, and warmth.
She said, “We are very excited about our latest addition to our game shows, which happens to coincide with Africa Magic’s 20th-anniversary celebration and is in line with the brand’s focus on fostering family ties and positive relationships. We know how much our viewers enjoy the ‘Big Brother Naija’ Friday night games, ‘AM Come Play Naija’, and ‘Family Feud’, so we decided to add more entertaining shows, where they can participate in light-hearted, fun, entertaining, and fast-paced games to win amazing prizes.”
The General Manager, of Corporate Communications and Events, Tolaram Group, Ashiwaju Temitope, also expressed optimism that the show is one Nigerians will love.
He said, “We have always been known to show love to Nigerians, and this game show is another initiative to continue the narrative. We partnered with MultiChoice because of their reach, and also because they have created many programs that Nigerians love.”
