Grammy winning artist, Taylor Swift, has revealed the official tracklist for her highly anticipated 11th studio album, “The Tortured Poets Department.”
Following her surprise announcement during the 66th Grammy Awards on Sunday, the 34-year-old singer unveiled the album’s tracklist.
Marked by a cryptic “April 19 ” Instagram caption, the reveal featured a minimalist black and white photo of Swift with the phrase “I love you, it’s ruining my life” scrawled across her shoulder, hinting at the album’s potential themes of love, heartbreak, and vulnerability.
The 16-track album promises an interesting journey with collaborations from genre-bending artists like Post Malone and Florence + The Machine.
Some of the tracks include the title track, “The Tortured Poets Department,” “My Boy Only Breaks His Favorite Toys,” “Down Bad” and many more. The tracklist is divided into three categories; Side A, B, and C.
With each title hinting at different emotional landscapes, “The Tortured Poets Department” is anticipated to take listeners on a sonically diverse journey.
