YABATECH Rector says staff cooperation has helped achieved greater feats

The Rector, Yaba College of Technology(YABATECH), Dr. Engr. Ibraheem Adedotun Abdul celebrated with all staff, unions, management, principal officers, and other stakeholders of the institution at the 2024 Workers’ Day Celebration.
The Rector in a statement he personally signed, said the staff cooperation has enabled his administration to record monumental and developmental achievements in academic, infrastructure, training and excellent administration.
He said, “It is my joy to felicitate and rejoice with the entire workforce of the first tertiary institution in Nigeria, Yaba College of Technology, on the auspicious 2024 Workers’ Day Celebration.
“It is no doubt that since my assumption as the seventh (7) indigenous Rector, I have enjoyed your full support in the running of this seventy-seven-year-old (77) college with exemplary management team.
“Without mincing words, your cooperation has enabled this administration record monumental developmental achievements in academic, infrastructure, training and excellent administration to the satisfaction of the federal government.
“As we celebrate, I enjoined us all to uphold the core values, vision and mission of the college and present administration’s strategic plan of consolidating on the past and shaping its future.
“Let us reflect on our attitude to the system and show positivity that would enable us get to the goals,” Dr Abdul said.
